Hello FJ -
I understand that. But still, it's very unusual that after three weeks (and 12 results returned) the rating which had been consistently at either 114 or 126/127 - never dropped below 114! - measured against a comparison device, it suddenly drops so low... Thanks...:) |

Right. But, the sudden drop can easily be from the agent running when your CPU is otherwise engaged - this time more so than previously. Of course it would happen in a step function.
Key question is whether the CPU assessment changes the next time you get a new WU. To test whether this is what's causing the change you would want the cpu to not be busy next time a new WU is started. |

Thanks, FJ :)
My CPU usage shouldn't have changed dramatically; I do run SETI, too - but I've been running it even before I installed this agent, so it shouldn't have made any difference But I am sure you must be right. I'll let you know. PS. (anybody): So, am I to understand (implicitly) that all of the 5 devices that appear within my profile use the amount of RAM reserved for the original single device, 70 GB - and not 70 GB EACH? |
