I don't know how to solve your issue, but I agree there definitely should be a way of contacting people involved with the effort. I would not want my email address released to just anyone who joins the project, but since an email address is part of registering to join the project, and therefore the folks running the back end of this project have a full list, it should not be horribly difficult to add a web form method to contact someone without releasing their email address (or yours).
Hmm, perhaps this thread should be copied into the suggestions forum... |

It has now been 22.5 days since my team captain McSpadden has returned a result
If he has quit the project we are left without a Team Captain I would be very happy to assume the role of Team Captain if this is indeed the case unless he intends to return I would like to keep up team morale and attempt to recruit new members for our team I would feel a lot more comfortable doing so if knew that I was not eroding his position, if in fact he does decide to return Maybe Rick Alther can advise Best Regards <GRAHAM> |

I don't have an answer for you at the moment (I'm the application developer, not the website/forum person), but I'll get in touch with someone who does know. Probably won't happen unitl after the holidays though. Half the world seems to take vacation this time of year.

Graham,
Team Canada had a similar problem, I sent a message to WCG through their 'contact us' link at the bottom of the WCG home page. They contacted my team captain for me and we have got things in order now. I hope this will work for you as well. Good luck! Also, thanks to WCG for a VERY quick response to my problem and following up to! Thanks again! |
