True, however with the right connections in Academia or IT, it's possible to get a legit license for nothing (or almost nothing).

Almost identical with here. We had a cold October but are experiencing a warm November. 42 F this morning, will be 50F later on. The weather is misty today. By Wednesday or Thursday the high should be 0C or 32 F with dusting of snow predicted.

Cheers

Re: Minnesota Crunchers

Just wondering what this changed climate will do local buildings..
Houses are here to build struggle against moist that will enter inside of buildings. This is major factor because there use to be quite cold, so walls are relatively thick here and if moisture enters inside of then, it usyally lead some problems.
Now this all will probably turn around, and major source of moist is coming outside of building, so we enter more to Asian climate on that matter....

These local building are just not designed for it. I think it could lead that older wooden houses will become more or less compost.
It seems to me that rain is coming on form of water year around thinking
