Born in the USA
 As an American with an avid interest in all the sciences, I join the grid as a direct finger in the face of the Bush Cartel and its disdane for scientific research. I realize it is little effort against a rather large force of negative ideaology, but its what I can do at this moment. Thank God for the World Community Grid and for all its subscribers. Captain Crunch was originally "uncle sam" and had a link pointing towards a Bush administration website. Come clean now captain, I wouldn't want to have to go digging through old posts!
----------------------------------------The original team captain jumped on my team once he realized we were duplicating efforts on representing USA. At the time he had 5 members and we had 95 members. There is an added benefit to being on the team America (USA). It increases the conversational intrigue when you tell people about this project and that you are a contributer to the American USA team efforts. You will also be able to say that your efforts directly increased the research of this team to push past that of France and Canada. You have had the most disproportionate amount of people leave your team than any other that I've seen. I wonder why that is. America (USA) |
