Okay Sek, Dave. Chew this and translate:

03/24/2007 128:320:17:40:51 41,937,008 129,207

We peaked last Wednesday it appears on all three counts so you're translating the run time into days only. I'll let you guys do the math. Last week appears to have been the first where WCG broke 50M points/day. Yet on a MONDAY, we're already closing fast on last Wednesday's record. Nice to notice how we've crunched 2/3rds of a year already in the first six minutes of the day biggrin

Re: The Almost 60,000 CPU days a day thread :D

Math is boring.... for that you have spreadsheets :O..... these are the >=50m point days to date:

Date____Time____________Points____WorkUnits
07-03-19 161:025:07:31:35 50,851,655 157,795
07-03-26 156:016:21:02:02 50,700,581 144,497
07-03-27 156:071:23:15:31 50,099,808 146,966
07-03-28 162:148:03:26:26 53,645,488 160,408
07-03-29 155:353:06:34:57 50,033,599 149,871
07-04-02 157:247:21:43:26 52,030,628 146,501

The record days for WU's and run time you can make out easily from the 3d line graphs in this thread.... they get update regularly. It was:

07-02-09 156:134:12:36:46 49,446,866 231,009

Just added run time per WU average to the Pie (link below) and thinking of a way to show with the little arrow, like on the WU's per day, if the run time per WU is going up or down and if it should be indicating a sliding week period.... a little over involved, but something will get added.

Soon the footing number table will be as large as the Pie itself.... Doubt if ever points will get added, unless some convincing arguments are brought LOL

Re: The Almost 60,000 CPU days a day thread :D

@Sekerob
I promise you that I will not stop crunching when HCMD phase 1 ends, and I wish most of the active members of team "Decrypton" (there are far too many who have not returned any single result) will go on as well. In any case all WCG projects have to do with genetics and I presume that results of one project may be useful to others sometime.

@ShadowBob
I hope the HCMD project team will make another call for crunchers when they launch phase 2 (in September?). And for the next Telethon (December 7-8), if they are as convincing as in 2001, WCG better needs to have full capacity available... cool

Re: The 60,000 Plus CPU days a day thread :D

Dave, would you do me the honneurs...

Where did it come from? Obviously ex HDC crunchers might be a source. There were 2,000 'exclusive' crunchers without 'alternate' option. If those members were in "set and forget", that stream will have been drying up. WCG were going to reset their profiles if no change was happening in the 3 weeks from announcement March 20, but hopefully with the pushed out mail on completion, it would have alerted most all.

Where did it go? Look at graphs: GC has a CPU hour spike equaling the now typical post weekend HCMD pickup. I've had few in my mixed bucket, mostly 2-2.25 hours and an occasional 3-4 hours, but strange it is as the WU count barely moved... 1000 up from Monday and 3000 up from Sunday. Would knreed be wanting to elucidate?

I'm swimming in dark waters.... i dont know how deep they are, but there are always chances of unidentified new species of monsters lurking there wink

PS... had this error when seeking help this morning: Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax. Any tips confused

Re: The 60,000 Plus CPU days a day thread :D

Look at EasyNews output yesterday..over 4 million points!
That might be some of this..just a little..a tad maybe.. biggrin

Hey, anyone got app $500,000.00 hanging around in pocket change so I can build 125 clovertowns to catch those guys?
That's app 3,125,000 points a day..That just might catch them..in a year or 5..
Oh,forgot, and maybe an extra $100,000.00 to tuck into the checking account to cover the electricity for a few months! wink

Sek normal www.wcgwiki.org Coldfusion is back in order.

It's beyond talking about it caused so much pain - let's leave it at that

Let's just say these boxes with CPU's Mobo's RAM and Hardrives in them can reduce grown men to tears.

It's working now the sky is blue and the sun is shining don't get me started wink
