Hi Tom.
I think we all participate because of the science. The points are a very useful motivational tool and I believe need to be consistant and above all fair so that they can be used to best effect. Anyone looking at my team can be forgiven for thinking that I have no experience in this but OverclockersAustralia is one of the worlds most active teams in DC projects. Just not this one. We were for a long time the No.1 team on a different project and are striving to regain that mantle. Until that happens there is little chance of attracting others over here. I trust it will happen one day. I have seen the power of 'friendly competitions' spurred on by a reasonably fair point system, first hand and hope to see this here in future.
