The German forum i was quoting from is not WCG related, so it's neither / nor for sure.....try killing the ACPI, since u list it.....pentium M also rang a bell and yes "Other power saving methods include dynamically variable clock frequency and core voltage, allowing the Pentium M to throttle clock speed when the system is idle in order to conserve energy."


Since I'm not an hardware expert, could you tell me if there's an easy way to "kill the ACPI" and what it's supposed to mean ?
