Hi David,
my very first WU took 11:12:59:12 (eleven days, 12 hours ... ) to complete on PIII Coppermine 1GHz, 512MB RAM, no games etc. and yielded 5617 points at once. Happy crunching, Ivang. |

people, its time to move aside.
i run a P4 2.6 laptop... to finish 17% its taken me 50 hours!!!at this rate it will take me close to 300 hours to complete. and no i dont run anything else except this most of the time ps. i can't wait to see how many points this gets me  |

Well, I just finished a 93 hour workunit. This was on a Pentium 4 running at 3.4 Ghz 24/7.
Seems like the tweeking done to reduce the memory footprint of rosseta has nothing to do with the existence of killer work units. They are still alive and well. |

hey,
just to update everyone i'm 50% done and its only taken me 131 hours. thats an inprovement to the estimated completion time of almost 300 hours i calculated |
