Hi there,
I just downloaded the client on my IBM Thinkpad. Whenever I try to run the client I get: Error loading Grid Agent Error Number: 53 MSG: File not found: UDwin_3801_2844.dll I downloaded it two of my PC's at home and they both work. I tried searching for this file on my home PC's but it came up with nothing. I'm running Symantec AV Enterprise 9.0.3 and Zone Alarm on my ThinkPad. I disabled both and reinstalled the client but I still get the error 53. Anyone run into this? |

i have a thinkpad t41, no problems.
