11 seconds is magic

My program will allow one of the applications to run for about only 11 seconds, then switch to the other application. After a while I will recieve a message saying that something on my computer is making the grid crash and contact the server every few minutes, but I dont know what it is. Please help, for I am just trying to help.

Hello Rob Jones,
It sounds as though you are running into a problem that some people have when suspending a BOINC program to run another. I do not know what causes this bug, but some people find that keeping the program in memory helps. Of course, you need a big virtual memory for this. Could you describe your system: OS, system RAM, VM size? Which projects are you running? Would you consider trying to run just one project to see if that is part of the problem?
