Hey Tony.... just back from a 3 day road trip........
----------------------------------------I is here and nice to see the familiar faces here. Seems I have missed some more of the MOT drama. Nothing ever changes does it. Love Whistlin Jack's Facts, and that is ONE reason I prefer a small team. Scrolling through the tram forums I get the impression that MOT claiming ownership of the WCG again. I have the right to post on any team in a friendly manner and to heck with the MOT team if they think that they can control who posts anywhere. Just my 2 cents Leaves the h word for nelsonc to edit... but it applies in this case -- Seriously, though, I have other things to do - nelsoc [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jan 23, 2006 6:54:16 PM] |

Bill The local beer in the Seychelles is called Seybrew, a pilsner type. You can also obtain imported beers in the main hotels. I don't think homebrewing is practised in the Islands, mainly due to the availability of raw materials, well beer anyway. Perhaps Rob can provide a fuller answer when he returns. It looks like Rob has missed this. With the help of Whistlin (who seems to know a lot about beer) here is a more complete answer. The only brewery on the Islands is Seybrew Breweries Ltd. ![]() Its main product is called SeyBrew, a lager style beer, available in bottles and on draught at a strength of 4,95%. ![]() Seybrew also produces, under licence, a european pilsner called Eku. Eku is based in Bravaria and it's products are widely available in Europe. This beer was introduced to meet the needs of tourists visiting the Islands from Europe. The brewery also makes /or distributes Guinness and vodka based drinks. At certain times of the year a red beer called Celebration Ale is available. ![]() Here is a link to SeyBrew There are no outlets supplying home brew equipment in the Islands. |

There are 5 different Coconaut banners available. If you would like to choose the one you display when posting the code is listed beside each one. These are direct links to the coconauts server, as tinyurl seems to be slowing things down of late.

Hey Tony...get Whistlin Jack to bring some coconut husks... then we can drop them on the noisy brats from Team whine MOT. That should make them happy ![]() I think the point has been made, Rudi, anyway Whistlin says that you need an export licence to take coconuts out of the Seychelles, which he aint got. So back to the usual tripe... ![]() We went up another place yesterday ![]() Whistlin has promised to be on his best behaviour today and will be resuming the Interesting Facts later on. Nothing from Rob for a week now, must be having trouble with his contracts! Get them to sign on the dotted line or Rudi will have to use a little subtle persuasion with his implement of mass destruction. ![]() Some new pictures have arrived from bodjee, including a view of the Bus Station in Victoria! A sight not to be missed ![]() Join Team Seychelles today. You know it makes sense. ![]() |
