...try a re-boot of your PC and if you have a router, re-boot that as well....

Reboot doesn't work. And I don't have router. But my internet is slow - GPRS+satellite.

I think, I have the same error http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=24102

Sometimes I can upload results, but it happens seldom. I think, this is BOINC-agent bug.

When I set default settings in Network Settings, results come beter.
