Thanks for the latest progress update, Dylan.
I tried to build a post about my initial experiences on system return, but it wouldn't accept it -- the dreaded Forbidden again -- so I tried adding bits piecewise but eventually it hit Forbidden yet again and I could not get past that no matter what I tried. Ah, well -- there may not have been anything useful in what I was trying to post. It was mostly intended to show a rough timeline and the longish delays between submitting an update request and getting a response back... As always, thanks for your efforts! Cheers - Al. P.S. I'll keep my thoughts about the data centre to myself :-) ... P.P.S. When I used one of the smilies in the P.S. it got Forbidden again! |

FYI - Getting the following error when trying to check profiles - for the last hour or so:
Statistics update The page you requested is currently unavailable because the statistics are being updated. The statistics update will finish in about 1 minutes . |

Previous issues with (Work, School, Home, Default) Profiles not being transmitted to volunteer's computer have been resolved!
----------------------------------------THANKS Dylan! Edit to ad: System Downloads Profile but the Before move was 2.4 additional days of work currently set to 0.1 additional days of work. But at least a Profile is being sent. I also noticed that it also seems to do a bunch of "Resent lost task MCM1_xxxxxxxx_xxxx_x". DId a little more research into "Resent" event.
It seems I had a bunch of WU's from a different system in my computer farm that had errored out due to "not all files received" message It is THOSE WU's that were resent and are no longer listed in the error report of WU status. Thanks again Dylan! |

Changes to the Device Profiles, are now propagating to the BOINC client.

There almost no validation going on now, so the RAC is dropping like a stone, and the list of "pending validation" is getting longer and longer. But, who's in a hurry really?

I don’t see any progress in my BIONCSTATS credits at all for WGC since it came back. I think I got once a real jump in credits once, but thats it. I have tons of pending due to validation.

Dylan said he will fix the stats export "soon", but it's obviously not among the priority fixes right now. Hang tight, we're not losing any credits, just getting them later.
