WCG already offers the possibility to use their infrastructure, see the "Submit a Proposal" page. But of course WCG isn't searching for other projects which might be interested in becoming part of WCG, the projects have to contact WCG themselves. And of course WCG needs to get their systems stable before any additional projects can be added.
