Weirdness Report:
----------------------------------------1. I found I received more WU if I just left my cruncher online all the time; I would get small downloads of 1-10 units, often with an hour or two between downloaded batches. Trying to repeatedly manually requesting work generally results in no WUs being sent.. 2. It appears the WUs have dried up as of a few hours ago (US Central Time; it's 8:56pm now), or something else broke. 3. Looks like a Folding@Home weekend for me, "I-It's not that I w-want to run Work Units or anything; d-don't get the wrong idea!" -- Tsundere WCG contributor ![]()

It's not zero, I got 7 WU's in the last 4 hours. Of course, I sent 260 completed ones in that time, so it's going down down down....

Yup, we're starting to see the retries for missed deadlines for work collected on the first day of the "Moonshot" :-)However, unless there is another rogue cluster out there swallowing up huge numbers of tasks (as happened a while back) the retries can't even begin to make up for a lack of new work :-( I wonder if the MCM scientists have arrived at a point where they can't actually provide huge volumes of new work? I can guess what the user reaction would be if they started sending out make-work tasks instead :-) Cheers - Al. |

looks like they fixed the WU issue . Last 24 hours keep having me stacks full all the time . Windows has stayed at 100% of the queue. Linux has improved to about 80% of the queue. This at least keeps them working without running out and having to reload the big initial file. Cheers

Well my stacks have been mainly full the last five days last night was dropping down to so i set pc to power down instead burying cycles doing nothing. still don't have any buffter tasks but at least the i'm running at my preset level of 70%. with threadrippers they get real hot when you match them out. better than it has been. now if they can ever get the other projects running again that will be nice.
