New MCM1 tasks (_0 and _1) are being created and sent out now. But of course, they will be hard to get, since everyone have empty caches.

Can we please get some some layman's terms of why there essentially are no MCM WUs for the past 7+ days? I've read a lot of the posts in a few threads here but I don't understand what the general issue is.
----------------------------------------It's really unacceptable that WCG and MCM can't post a general "hey, we're having problems..." either in these forums, the WCG/MCM website, an email alert, or the Notices tab of the client. They should be ashamed of themselves.  |

March 7 is the only day this month that I didn't receive any WU. Some days there were only a few, but yesterday (March 11) I got lots of them.
I am not a WCG superpower with hundreds of threads going. I have two 4-core machines that run full-time, and one of those is connected to several other projects. I have one other 4-core machine that runs only 8 hours overnight each night. That last one hasn't seen a WU in a few days. But overall I am getting work. |

I've had a few work units when I refreshed the project. However, due to lack of work units, I added asteroids@home to my boinc client.

Since yesteday, I've been getting a steady flow of WUs from Mapping Cancer Marker project.

YES !! regular flow of tasks coming this rainy sunday morning in Paris,France !
----------------------------------------It says at 9h4o am "checking presence of 281 project files" I dont accumulate ; 3 tasks are runnng at mom while 2 other waiting. A week-end as i like ! and very warmed by the last research Update from the MCM team ! Happy crunch* for all !! * the last "crunch" was in rugby : France beats England (33-31 in th the last minutes and for the last mactch , ending 2nd behind Ireland in 6 nations competition. |
