Yeah I now have tasks that are sitting there 'ready to report'. Seems to have just happened about half an hour ago.

I just tested 2 other host that was shut down, to save on electricity. Same problem there, "Another scheduler instance is running for this host"
On top of that, BOINC is not trying again after the 121 seconds delay. It immediately goes to longer delays. First 10 minutes, and then increasingly longer between retries. |

I have that same problem across the board and the attempts to report the 1 completed task is not accomplished. It's like the Eveready Battery - keeps going and going...Power cycling Computer has no effect on problem.

Well, it's Friday, and we usually have issues just before the start of the weekend. We'll see if they can fix it before they leave for home. Yeah, this is something that kind of announced itself already yesterday, when all the sudden those "503 service unavailable" and "System error" messages kept showing up over and over again (though intermittently).But then the problem that everything else seems to work (website/forum) and WUs can be uploaded, but beside the mentioned message in the logs about the scheduler, those WUs can't be reported and thus, no new WUs are being downloaded.... That issue seems to be resolved. However all initial project files *.png, and the other small files, are being downloaded again, even though they already existed. And it's tons of "transient HTTP error" messages, while that happens. And the website is drowning in molasses now. Apart from all that, everything is perfect.
