I tried that option ("If there's not work") and it sent me ARP WU's some months ago. I'm not a fan of tying-up machines for the lengthy period of days that ARP requires so didn't continue. Ha. I had come to that same conclusion about lengthy ARPs. On the 2 where I don't want ARP I unselected ARP and "If there is no work available for the project(s)" in the default profile which they use. Other profiles have everything on but I use the limit option for ARP to 6 for my Ryzen 9 and 2 ARPs for the rest. No limit for other projects. This answers why, in my post above, I have more SCC1 than MCM1 for my Ryzen 9 (and in total). I have a limit of 20 for MCM1 and I don't remember why.
