New boxes added while WCG was on hiatus do not show in my 'devices' but I can find their workunits in 'results' starting on with sent dates of 4/3 and returned dates starting 4/4. There is nothing you can do, this is something WCG needs to fix on their side. It is just an issue of syncing between different databases on the server side, as (as you mentioned yourself) they do show up in the "Results" list, but not in the device list, and as things look currently, I am not sure if those WUs crunched by those devices are actually counting in the stats, my first impression was that is not the case... Heck, only 3 devices show up for 2023 and 2 of those are boxes retired in Feb. One current and active device shows, 3 others have results returned in April. Anything that I can do? Or is this purely server side? Thanx, Skip Ralf |

Well ... when is WCG going to fix this debacle? I understand it means that no new devices will show up in the stats for me and what I run is basically worthless in terms of competitive stats. Is that true?

Hi Cyclops, I have 100s of computers not showing in the My Devices list. They are from The Science Cloud. Please alert tech team for me. Thanks vaughan-AMD AMD Users Hi vaughan-AMD, I sent your issue to a member of the tech team who will be able to fix it manually. It should appear in the near future and if not feel free to write a follow-up comment. |

Hi Cyclops if you read this I just sent an email to support@ regarding a device added around April 4th not showing any results at all by looks of it in "history" or showing in "devices".
The hostid is: 8698391 Not sure quite how long it takes for devices to show on account, but as I said in my email, just looking to see how many results per day I'm doing. As I also said in email, if it's going to show up eventually don't overly worry about adding manually. According to the late April update, devices should show within about a week. Been eight days so I thought I'd better fire off an email. If this needs looking into, please could you do so for me. Thanks, Andrew |

As you said, hopefully it will be resolved on its own but it's still nice to know which devices we should look out for. |

Hello,
I have two Windows PC's and 4 Raspberry Pi's running and only 2 Pi's are displayed under Devices Manager. I was able to find the host id's on the Windows devices, however I have been unable to figure out how to find them on a Raspberry Pi. Suggestions please, Ralph. |

If you've got SSH access to the systems, you should be able to pull that from client state pretty easily. Just checked on one of my Linux systems: root@Lvov:/var/lib/boinc-client# cat client_state.xml | grep hostid |
