Some sites refuse Capitals. If that might be the problem try lower case.

email is not case sensitive. You can put it all in lower case and it will still deliver to you.

It is true that email is not case sensitive.
BUT. Your email is being used as a login name and like passwords, it is probably case sensitive and needs to be ALL LOWER CASE. I have had a few situations like that and can speak from experience. Besides, what do you have to lose? |
