I thought IBM were in Texas. BOINC is in California.

IBM is worldwide. Even the old WCG tech people weren't in the same location. They moved their hardware several times over the years.

I thought IBM were in Texas. BOINC is in California. IBM is HeadQuartered in New York. You might be thinking of Dell. BOINC was developed at UC Berkeley, California by the same folks that were running the original SETI@home project. They're both still there. |

I remember that Kevin was in Texas. And I have been here for many years having started with the old classic seti and the United devices before WCG.
