I don't know if it dried up again or not, but my last one came yesterday. Nothing yet today. Cheers Was getting a trickle every few hours after Keith found the last issue but nothing in the last 18 hours. ![]()

I have corrected the issue. Last night something (still looking into it) hiccuped and it stopped the created work mid changes. This caused create work to send me alerts all night saying something is wrong. However, we have a 48 hour buffer on most projects and this didn't cause an issue for them. ARP1, doesn't as you know, so work units stopped for those. It should start loading work soon.
Thanks, -Uplinger |

My Ryzen 1700 needs 24 hours to finish each WU. My Ryzen 3700X just completed five in 8.5 hours. Not a good comparison tho as the Ryzen 1700 also runs 2 GPUs and is maxed out. The 3700X only computed these five WUs, nothing else. But still? Why is the 3700X so much quicker? I just bought a 3700x, and the person there said it was over 30% faster than the 2700x. My 2700x can do it in 10.5 hours with nothing else going on. Can't wait to have a competition between the 2. See how long the 3700x takes to over run the 2700x in points. 2700x has a year head start. ![]() |

To Uplinger and other staff who wish to voluntarily answer.
Without torturing someone to divulge company trade secrets... You mentioned coding. Which language? Are there any specs that limit what one can do? ...And some brief commentary... I'm a paid YouTuber. Pay can fluctuate, naturally based on many items such as people who have viewed and subscribers. I was surprised to learn that people might "work" for WCG on a volunteer basis. Just ouch. |

I'm reviewing a few things this morning, it'll be on my list to look into. Thanks, -Uplinger I'm running 32 Theads on 4 Box's, this morning all 32 had a ARP Wu to run with a few Wu's in backup mode waiting to run. Seems the Wu flow is much better ... ![]() |
