From the April 15 mini-update:

"2. They had just begun testing of some promising compounds when the lab that was doing the testing was shut down due to stay-in-place orders in the US. They will resume once they're allowed to open their labs again. "

Any news on that? Has the lab resumed testng?

We just finished our monthly call with the SCC research team.

1. They're continuing the analysis for osteopontin that was mentioned last month.
2. They're still waiting to hear back about one of the grants mentioned last month, and one was not approved for this funding cycle. This affects their ability to due further analysis as quickly as they would like.
3. They've built work units for their next target to be studied on World Community Grid. Our tech team will soon download the work units and begin alpha testing. There's no ETA yet for how long this process will take or how long the work will last, but the tech team will make an announcement here in the forum after they've had a chance to look at and test the batches. Once that's done, we'll let everyone know if beta testing is needed. We'll also get more information about the target itself and work with the researchers to create a project update around the time that the project is un-paused.
4. The annual SIOP Asia conference has been delayed again due to continued COVID-19 outbreaks and travel restrictions. It's now tentatively scheduled for early next year.
