FAAH1 capsid project update thread

Hi all,

This thread is dedicated to the HIV-1 Capsid Project.
As some of you already know the webpage of the project was release recently (http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/Capsid/index.html ).
You could find overview of the project, computation status, and hopefully results soon.

A "People" section is also available, where you can send me information about you. Please take time to fill it, if you want to appear on the webpage. Three of you already did the job smile !

Please be free to use this thread to ask me anything about the content of the webpage, and if you got any questions or need information regarding the scientific part of this project.

Thanks again to be part of it.

Pierrick.

Re: FAAH1 capsid project update thread

The page "targets" is now available.
Follow the link http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/Capsid/targets.html to find more information about the 3D structures of the capsid used for the computations.

Any questions or comments are welcomed.
Pierrick.

Re: FAAH1 capsid project update thread

Hi all, the page "ligands" is now available.

Follow the link http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/Capsid/ligands.html to get some details about the molecules and their structures used to target the Capsid protein.

Also, next week, I will present a poster in the Annual AIDS-Related Structural Biology meeting to be held at the NIH. It will mainly present the project and the last advanced, and mainly correspond to the website design.
Of course it will contain the "People" section in order to thank the volunteers.

So if you want to appear in the poster be free to fill the form in :
http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/Capsid/index.html#People

Any questions or comments are welcomed.
Pierrick.

Re: FAAH1 capsid project update thread

I thoroughly appreciate information being uploaded, expanded, and updated. My favorite is "Status" as it helps to show me the WUs are adding up via progress bar. Thanks for all your work and especially for your work on the site.
