Currently running 5 projects (including WCG) all with the same resource share, yet the BOINC client is refusing to get any WCG units.

The project scheduling priority is consistently the highest but despite this BOINC MANAGER is consistently refusing to get units saying its not the highest priority or the cache is full (even when I've run it down).

Of the 5 projects only SETI, Milkyway and Einstien get any units giving them RACs of 2-5K, while WCG gets nothing and Rosetta about 1 unit a week giving them a declining RAC less than 300.

So much for the scheduler eventually balancing things out, it been like this for weeks with no change,
