When I was loading up on HST1 only, I was managing to get a decent number of them. Now that I'm crunching Zika, HST1, and FAAH2 WUs, I've finally got one HST1 WUs after several weeks of not having one to crunch. Is the HST1 at a much lower priority than the other projects besides having a more limited number of WUs in the pipeline to download to us crunchers?
No whining or complaining here, just curious ..... ![]() |

Now that I'm coming back to this project (I've moved 1 computer over, with the other just finishing off my Sapphire badge for UGM), I seem to really be struggling to get any HST WU's at all (I've just HST & CEP2 selected). Indeed, the only time my BOINC client seems to put a request in for work, is when I initiate it - that's despite having my cache set at 3 days, and currently no WU's waiting to start.

I'm running HST and OET on the same machine (Win 7). I get about 1 or 2 HST WUs a week (not really trying to crunch HST, concentrating on diamond for OET). Maybe someday I'll try to concentrate on HST, but for now, it's whatever falls into the bucket. Luck to all.

Wow! These WU are really few and far between. I don't mind the 24+ hour run times, in fact that's kinda cool. Just wish there was more for a little crunches like me.

When you look at the results returned has never been more than 13,000 a day its no surprise WUs are thin on the ground. Just hope its a longer project than it currently appears to be and picks up.

I have some other problem since a WU sneaked in despite WCG is set to No New Tasks since few months. So I unintentionally stole a WU which others are desperate for?!

Just hope its a longer project than it currently appears to be and picks up. There is a good chance of that as they just announced a new Beta concerning the TB project (link and link).![]() |

That's good news and I'm now getting a few short duration WUs ( 4hrs) so that should help. Still a few more pts/hr would be better.

I got my first one on Sunday. It ran for 23 hours and I received 422 credits. I hoped to receive some more, but none in sight. I have had good results with the long-running FAH2 work units.
