I have been a member for over a decade and have had many machines operating at the same time. It has been over a year since I last logged into my account. I just got a new machine and downloaded the install. Everything works, my account profile is there, but, all my older machines (that are currently running under the same account) are gone. What's happened?

Maybe you succeeded in setting up your new machine on a different account? Default only active machines are listed [last 7 or 14 days], so any that haven't been returning a result for that period wont show unless you change the view filter at top of the device manager / device statistics screens.
How to check? Go to Help where there's an instructional on retracing. |

Thanks! And, sorry, I should have noticed the filters.

Was not sure which way the resolution would go since you wrote "that are currently running under the same account" inferring you had other active machines. There's no Ebola badge though, but many others so I guessed 'currently running' was outside possibly on a different account.
