Don't worry. The research page now shows 8% compete. With a 2010 start date we should have work until 2050. Now the future of Clean Energy is damn far away haha  |

I recall having seen this error when I was crunching too much WUs at the same time on a RAM disk under Linux Mint. Maybe it's your case too?

Just read some posts from the previous page of this thread both of you, since you're misinterpreting the meaning of the status bar.  Thank you for your pointer. After years of hunting around, I finally find a status bar that is less accurate than the windows copy file status! I am satisfied.  |

Hi everyone, I'm trying to work on CEP2 but it says: No tasks avaiable for the app you selected.

Hi guizalan, I appreciate and understand that not everyone has time (or inclination) to review all the various threads and discussions about the current lack of CEP2 WU's, although in summary, an issue has arisen with them, and whilst the WCG techs try to resolve it (via running Beta tests etc.), there's a severely reduced number of WU's available. There is still a trickle coming out - although only a fraction of what it was previously running at. Thus, until this issue is resolved (no one likes to run WU's that error out), it's suggested to opt in to another project (either here, or at another Distributed Computing project - but preferably, here), until there's a good, steady flow of WU's again.

We'd love an 'Active' status on this project, but with just 3 validations yesterday [some still appear to succeed, eventually], maybe an 'Intermittent' status would be more appropriate... no outlook on new work, no indication the beta series is going to change this.

Hi there :-)
Same problem for me... The last WU result sent back was on 14/04/16... Nothing received since then... And it's also my only one project running here :-/ I agree with SekeRob* that the status would be "intermittent" instead of "active"... Really pitty indeed |
