How to keep members involved and interested in Beta testing?
(A brief note what the issues were on this first pass to resolve would at least pay some respect to the members... respect goes both ways and would not take staff away from their job but for 2 minutes) |

How to keep members involved and interested in Beta testing? (A brief note what the issues were on this first pass to resolve would at least pay some respect to the members... respect goes both ways and would not take staff away from their job but for 2 minutes) Must be summer vacation. Only the interns left to keep things going. At least that's my preferred version. Things aren't well at IBM now. Hopefully no one is being rebalanced. |

I certainly hope things are well at IBM, but I have had the impression (not unique to me) that the science projects just have not been coming their way. Or maybe they don't meet IBM's standards? There was supposed to be a follow-up to MCM also, but they may be waiting to evaluate the results of the first round before jumping into the second. So there could be a dry spell.

How to keep members involved and interested in Beta testing? (A brief note what the issues were on this first pass to resolve would at least pay some respect to the members... respect goes both ways and would not take staff away from their job but for 2 minutes) We've noticed a few things with the previous beta. We are working on fix with the virtual memory usage in alpha at the moment. Also, the validator took longer than i expected because I was adding in some checks and testing for a race condition. I have enabled the validator on the beta an hour ago and it looks like things are working properly. Please let me know if you see anything strange. Thanks, -Uplinger |

Ran my hunting app and indeed -All- credited, all 520 hours of them, validation state 1, outcome 1, which together is the best pairing.
