We are working on getting the BOINC side of things back up and running to restore full functionality of the website right now.

Thanks,

Yay! We're back!
Well not really... sad

While the forum and the web site is back up, there aren't any WUs going either, way.
Hundreds on my end still stuck with uploading and reporting isn't working yet either, which means that there aren't any new ones coming down either.

I hope who ever is in charge of those upgrades too into account the vastly increased bandwidth necessary for all the WCG cruncher throwing their finished WUs back at the system... confused

Yay! We're back!
My last post resulted in an error message ("Error 500: java.lang.Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org.apache.jsp._addpostsuccess (wrong name: com/ibm/_jsp/_addpostsuccess) "), didn't see that it actually posted...

Hey Ralf,

Thanks for the post, we have the bandwidth, but with such a backlog of agents backed off, it'll take a few hours to clear it as usual. I just tested upload from one of my agents and they succeeded.

Scheduler is online also. I am monitor the logs to make sure things are going as expected. Members may see a high load message from time to time as it catches up.

Thanks,
-Uplinger

I'm sure you'll notice it, but the individual project statistics are seriously messed up.

The forum's Who's Online page currently gives "Error 500: java.lang.Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org.apache.jsp._listonlineusers (wrong name: com/ibm/_jsp/_listonlineusers)"

Yeah,my laptop where I am typing this on right now, finally is uploading a single MCM WU, at kind of modem speed. Makes me wonder how long it takes for some of the servers with a hundred of finished WUs to push everything up and get replacements.

Hope that there aren't any hidden issues with the upgrade once the upload flood is over...

take care,

Ralf

Well, not here. Only thing I noticed is that the list of projects on the "My contribution" page is now sorted by total runtime, while before, the still active projects were always at the top of that list.

But the numbers are the same as they were before the upgrade...

Sounds to me like someone is working hard and progress is moving along. In the meantime, MalariaControl got a little extra work out of my E5800 today.
