Re: Does this Forum still matter to WCG?

Two years ago I started boinc again after some years of absence. I joined a lot of different projects (Einstein, Rosetta, Milky Way, Poem, Constellation, ... only to name few).
But I ended up with staying on wcg only (ok wuprop and radiactive).
So I am an inactive member on many projects now. Do they care?
Have I told them? No. In both cases.
The only reason why I am focussing on wcg is that I want to deal with only one project that provides interesting applications.

We do need to consider what happened to the other 85%

72,856 of us are still going, over 400,000 are not

Just think how much more we would be doing if we had retained just 50% of them.

Follow on GPU projects, after the one and only, and a working Android application would have helped, but this is not just down to technical nouce.

It's a people project

Well said David!!
