This has started. I have started shutting down the feeder and upload capabilities for BOINC. I will try to keep you updated here.

One of the first steps has been completed, we are working on the next steps which involve upgrading some of the key storage software.

We are starting the reboots of the front facing servers. You may see the website down for a few moments while the load balancer pushes you to a redundant server.

We might be in the final stages up the upgrade. We are going to start turning things back on soon to test the system.

Scribe thanks for the update.

We have just completed our tests and I would say the system upgrade is complete. Over the next week we will be doing some backend work but that will not affect any users.
