Glad your power has returned -- now you will be able to cool off a bit. I am sure it has been uncomfortable with no air conditioning so close to the gulf. Sorry you lost a system, but as Rita came in, I had visions of it being a whole lot worse for you. It will be great to see you zooming up the standings when you get everything back up and running. |

Panic over I know where all our points went yesterday I've just discovered I'd knocked the power lead out of the back of my Sempron 2800+ It would be my guess that NL59056 must have his systems down for maintenance, as he accumulated just over 4000+ points yesterday as opposed to his usual 40,000+ points Great start for me today with 1541 points at the 6:00am update I should have a bumper day today and stretch my lead out even further on Mr David (Barton-Sempron) Autumns If everyone just found one more new member, the team would double in size Pew, I have to go and lie down after that difficult math calculation Glad to see you are well, Parmesian and getting a semblance of sanity back |

Hi parmesian,
great to have you back!!! i see that while i was down stefan caught up with me (nice job stefan, you're only the second person to pass me since i joined in may - hats off to wilsondr for being the first) but now i will have to put forth a "shock and awe" attack to regain my place ahead of him (remember stefan, its all for the good of the team and the world) The battle starts now. You fling down the gauntlet, I take it. So be it, a friendly battle. But be warned, I won't look back if you cough from the dust, just keep up.  By the way, your strategy works! "Shock and awe" hit last night when I passed the fastest German IBM lab ("IBM DE EBIC 1") last night so now I am no. 8 in Germany (would be #11 in GB, Captain Dave  ) so let's pull the rope and crunch all IBM labs AND TEAMS now with our wonderful team MOT!! PS: Graham, may I ask for a 750K banner update? I got used to the individualized one so I'd love to keep it. THANKS!! Best regards, Stefan. |
