Welcome faulkneradmin to the best bunch of crunchers on the World Community Grid. Any questions you might have just post them here and someone is bound to be able to help you out. That's why we are the "Best Supported", not in number, there are 22 other teams plenty bigger than ours.

Your member page is now online and the white box will be replaced by the start of your MOT points graph at 00:45 UTC/GMT or ZULU time so I found out the other day. If you would like any extra info on there please drop me an email and I will update the MOT database for you. My email address can be found on the teams website (Link Below)

Thank you for choosing to crunch with the MyOnlineTeam Gang and welcome aboard

I have also updated Alison Prior's Member Page. Great Website link Alison, Thanks

Belated Congrats to bobgctsu on making a cool quarter of a Million points. That really takes some commitment to the World Community Grid. Thanks Bob.

Re: My £27.20 Motherboard hasn't turned up

Thanks for those September Stats Dave

We managed to crunch for 31 years 181 days 23 Hours 54 Minutes and 3 seconds in September (A 30 Day Month) That makes an average of the 19th January just after 5:35 in the morning in year 2 every day throughout September.

We scored an average of 233,914 points per day or 9,746 points per hour! which is the equivalent of 331 and a 1/4 AMD Athlon XP 3200+ powered PC's crunching for MOT 24/7 making about 1,142,668,700,000 floating point calculations every second give or take 1 or 2 shock

Thanks to you all for those 37,220 results sent back to the Institute of Systems Biology that will help in the search for cures and treatments for some of our worst ailments.

What a team cool
Cheers Crew

I'm trying out UDmon

After todays planned outage and 4 PC's just twiddling their fans I've downloaded UDmon which allows you to cache or hang on to a few work units. So you can feed your processor when there is just such an outage so that despite what IBM may be up to useful work still gets done.

I'll let you know how I get on. Only one PC UDmon'ed at the Mo.

It's a bit quirky. I'll put together a user guide for it when I find out how it works myself biggrin

The old points score will be down tonight

Re: smile smile smile Join MyOnlineTeam Today! smile smile smile

Morning Dave

I still make that a 4th Place as we are now been beaten by 2 IBM's !!!!

Only Kentucky Wildcats, /. and IBM in front of us

1,2,3 yep definitely 4th

26 of those top 50 teams on points yesterday are IBM

Just 1 would do and you would see 25 other teams from around the globe featured on that first page for points yesterday showing the true diversity of the World Community Grid.

It's tough out there - you can't see the Wood for the IBM Tree's.

(OK rant over - you know this has needled me for a while blushing )

Let's see if we can take on both of those IBM's and take back a true 3rd place.

Come on team. Any extra helpers out there?
