Good morning everyone.
Got a shock this morning looking at my stats, 50k points awarded, normally 18k-25k is usual. Have to this down to leaving my PC switched working over Friday night. Put this down to a mixture of Pinotage and Lagavullen (not to be recommended). Good fun eh? ![]() |

I was given a bottle of Maple Syrup Flavoured whiskey (from Cananda of Course) and must say it was rather nice. A maple syrup after taste that was not too strong or sweet. Whiskey purists will be up in arms at the concept but I recommend it be given a try as it is a nice drink in its own right,

Good morning all. I have no problems with flavoured whisky DarkmatterNI as long as I don't have to drink it
---------------------------------------- . There used to be a saying that a Scotsman likes two things naked and one of them is his whisky - not true! When I worked in Scotland for 6 months and lived in a country inn close to Kinross I was amazed at what people (Scots) used to put in their whisky. The purists of course put a drop of water (burn water - not tap water) but I have seen blackcurrant, lime, coke, pepsi, lemonade etc. all of which must completely kill the taste. Some people even put these atrocities in single malts!
