Just joined Collatz as hadn't realised it is one of the few (only?) projects that can run on Intel GPU (Intel HD4000). Hopefully will add a bit to the team scores (though suspect not much).

NVIDIA GPU will continue to run GPUGrid.

121 members have returned validated results for the UK team so far in 2013 (136 2012)

~73 are active on a regular basis of whom ~31 have machines "always on".

Analysis of the # members active per month shows we're on a bit of a downturn at the moment possibly as a result of limited project choice:

Many thx.

I now have 5 machines on 24/7... my personal PC at home, a home server, an Azure VM and 2 x Heart Internet VMs. None of those are dedicated totally to WCG but the Azure VM is set to use 100% CPU when I am not using it.

You know what? None of the WCG CPU time has slowed anything I do down at all!

Cool! I wish I had added WCG to my servers years ago as I have run at least 2 servers for about 5 years and always massively under utilised. At least they are doing some good now :-)

In case it escaped notice the team's average RunTime per day (7day average) has exceded 365.0 i.e. we're crunching a year's RunTime per calender day! laughing

The challenge is to maintain it at this level for 28 consecutive days. Something we have never managed to do even when GPU was in full flow. Something we haven't managed to do since 28 Apr when GPU was at it's zenith.
