Thanks =D one quick question, with the sig picture, I presume the bar at the very bottom is what badge you have in the various projects? thats why I only have one bar because I only have one gold badge?.... for now ;)

And the sixteen bars representing completed projects can never change colour, three bars representing intermittent projects may change if/when projects resume. Leaving two bars - FAAH & CEP2.
----------------------------------------The globe itself changes colour at the same levels as badges are gained so pre-bronze to bronze at 14 days * 21 projects = 294 RTd When the impending Cancer project is released this will increase to 14 * 22 = 308 RTd Globes can change down as well as up so if you're in the zone 294 - 308 when the project is released your globe will revert to pre-Bronze. |

so I'll always have 16 gray bars?! =( aah well, my own fault for showing up years too late I guess =P just have to go Sapphire on the rest to make up for it =D

You will know when it is imminent when the beta version is released.....BTW, that is another badge so make sure you are set to accept beta. Best info at the moment is that it will not have a GPU element at the start.......

I've just moved most of my CPUs over to crunching CEP2 seeing as they are looking at the WU erroring bug(s), try and get my silver badge up to blue :)
If I'd been active the whole time since joining in '05 I'm sure I would have many more badges. Oh well. |

I've set mine up to only take FAAH as a last resort, but I don't ever seem to get any CEP2 WUs =( can you only have one at a time or something??

There has been speculation for at least the last 6 weeks that BETAs for the new Cancer project are imminent!
---------------------------------------- knreed and uplinger have returned fron their trip to the BOINC workshop in Grenoble. knreed posted yesterday ....the site redesign work we are starting. Presumably this is a lower priority than bringing a new project on board so it might be inferred that the BETA test is almost ready.  |
