Re: Euphoriabuzz

Hope you have a good weekend Steve.

Thanks DC, Had a brilliant time, really enjoyed myself all weekend.
It was a really well run event with much more on show than just racing.
I have lots of video and photos which I can show you all if your interested.

In quite a bit pain now from all the walking but its worth it.

Aston Martin did not win the race but did enough (in dramatic fashion) to win the Driver championship in GT3 and GT4, picking up 6 out of 8 trophies on offer.
The winner of the race, driving a McLaren 720S, A beautiful looking car, was in a class of its own all weekend and won, deservedly, by a large margin.

On reflection, what really amazed me was how open everything was, I could walk behind the pits and see them working, all the race cars from the support races where lined up in big tents, all the drivers and mechanics were walking about, happy to chat with anyone who said hello. The cars were being worked on and everyone could watch them.
It was really friendly and amazingly accessible. F1 is not like that.

Re: Euphoriabuzz

I'm looking to add some affordable self hosted hardware to my collection so that I can get my income up. I'm thinking maybe an odroid or something? Any recommendations?

Re: Euphoriabuzz

Sorry Muffin, I've only got a Raspberry PI which I use as a media player.
As far as the Odriod goes, the ODROID-H2 looks like a good choice for WCG.
There probably are other units that can do a good job, check out the WCG forums, someone else must be using similar devices.

Sorry, Euphoriabuzz. I think I gave you an incorrect link. It should be:
http://36arn.co.uk/wcg/sigs/Euphoriabuzz.png

You need to insert it as suggested above with the [ img ] and [ /img ] tags around the url (without the spaces).
Once again, apologies. I did most of the stats stuff nearly 4 years ago, and haven't really touched it since, and I think my brain has gone a bit rusty (and I've just had a lovely computer-free week in Rhodes, hence the delay in getting back to you).

Re: Euphoriabuzz

Hi, why is the Team not registered for week 2 of the Thor challenge? Very sad.

*Unfortunately, the following two teams did not respond to the invitation sent to them for the second week of the THOR Challenge: Ducktales and UK.
