Good Morning All
----------------------------------------Are you enjoying the race Rod? Warning! Warning! Contains spoilers! Getting up at 2:45 am and finding out that KR7 is not starting seemed like a bonus. Then seeing Max33 OT Lewis44 while VB77 went backwards and SV5 carved through the field was not wonderfully inducive to enjoyment. I haven't seen the race yet but I listened on R5Live.

Good morming everyone. We had some welcome rain last night and also a cat fight of epic proportions (yes those cute, furry, cuddly form of cat). Some local bully wants to muscle in on the free food and comfortable sleeping quarters and not only is using direct violence but biological warfare too (I'll leave that to your imagination). I guess it is out with the humane trap again and a visit to the vet for some traquilsing tratment!

The idea of humanely trapping the poor thing and then cutting its b***s off seem strangely at odds with each other!

The idea of humanely trapping the poor thing and then cutting its b***s off seem strangely at odds with each other! Ah Dave If you saw some of the pitiful street cats that wa have tried to rescue and nurse back to health with varying success, you would realise that b***s and for that matter ov**ies are a liability. We have actually released some 5 'treated' cats back to the wild and do occasionally see them back for a fairly tranquil visit (and of course some free food). We have neighbours with no sense of responsibility who never neuter their cats, they just drown the kittens on birth. I know what I prefer and believe is more acceptable. All of our 10 cats are neutered, vaccinated against rabies, parasites and other nasties, well fed and somewhat loved too. Note that, apart from a goldfish and my children's Hamsters, these cats are my first pets ever in nearly 70 years of life.
