Good morning all.
----------------------------------------Likewis I am happy to hear that you are better Dave - the downside is that you must now work. Great weekend for F1 at Montreal (Canada). LH44 achieved only his fourth career grand slam with Pole position, Race win, Every lap in the lead and Fastest lap. Also he equaled Ayrton Senna's pole position tally with 65 poles (now only 3 behind Michael Schumacher's 68 poles) and achieved his 6th win in Canada (only 1 win short of Michael Schumacher's 7 wins). This championship battle is hotting up!

Good morning all. Welcome to the team Chris Ware
yes Rod, brilliant race from Lewis, also Sebastian Vettel after being left in 17th place due to no fault of his own, and having a superb drive to get to 4th |

Good morning all and welcome to Chris Ware. Please feel free to joing our facebook group WCG Team UK and of course Dave Robinson's stats pages.
----------------------------------------A new entrance / exit for our condominium is being built next to our home so I am looking forward to the merry sound of hammers and chisels drowning out the screaming peacocks and squabbling parrots until October. I will have to do some garden protection too as they are working close to my irrigation system.

Oh dear. My Android cruncher (well, perhaps using two cores of an "ancient" Nexus 4 phone doesn't really count as a cruncher) has died. The case has burst open, indicating the battery has had it. Luckily it didn't catch fire! I've also lost two low power Atom cores from a physical nano-server I was renting, because I've replaced it with an even weedier VPS. It looks like my continuing battle to stay ahead of scol5913 on points is going to be lost.

So - there I was outside my house talking to the architect at 8:30 this morning. I took great pains to explain where the irrigation points were and how they should be protected against falling masonry, where to put plants that needed to be moved etc. etc. Came back at lunch time to find that one of my irrigation sprinkelers had been disconnected, the feed pipe folded over with barrier tape and then buried. Are people just naturally dense or do they practice? I'm sure that there will be more traumas in store in the near future. I do find it very difficult to be sufficiently descriptive of peoples parentage when speaking in Spanish!
