Do enjoy a pint of Doom Bar. My regular hasn't had that in for a couple of years after it made regular appearances as a guest ale. They've currently got Otter Head in, a most excellent pint should you see it around.

It very occasionally has Theakston Lightfoot on tap, which I also really enjoy a good pint of. ![]() |

I have never seen any Black Sheep ales on tap down here but fortunately a couple of the local supermarkets do tend to have bottles of Black Sheep and occasionally Riggwelter.
----------------------------------------Currently enjoying a Bomber County from Tom Wood Brewery in Lincolnshire while I'm here. It was brought back by a fellow ale drinker at work from a recent family visit up there. Not much else to report but I have just got Silver for Zika, I'm still mainly crunching MCM with a few other Zika and OET thrown in to the mix. |

My sister-in-law also introduced me to Tribute, as her and my brother used to go down to Cornwall occasionally. Not seen that on tap up in Yorkshire, though, so have to resort to bottles.

Good morning all!
----------------------------------------Can we stop all of this talk about real ales? I had a thirst before it all started and now I have to wait until next Tuesday before my first pint. It's agony!

Ah yes, Tribute is a fine pint. The Cornish certainly know how to do real ale, and fish and chips.
----------------------------------------Welcome to the team bazza1966. Shame you left on the day you joined! You'll always be welcome. Nice to see a result returned by Insanitybomb... the first for over 6 years!

Sorry RTS,I'll not mention anything about ales again today, promise. Wouldn't want a Hobgoblin to wave a Bishops Finger at me to tell me off.
