The stats ran this morning (at a later time of 04:30 UTC). Hopefully they'll work tomorrow and Monday, since as you noticed Rod I am in North Wales, and can't fix them if they don't. I have wi-fi, thank goodness, but no phone signal. Bear in mind I'm about 200 yards from Morrison's supermarket in the not insignificant town of Caernarfon. I expect Bolivia is better connected Rod.

Feeling annoyed... obliterated my phone screen in Anglesey. That will teach me to go to a foreign country. It's turned into an expensive weekend, but at least the accommodation is free.

Hi all!

Not been on the forums for a bit, courtesy of a week off work, during which my age mystically started beginning with a 4 rather than a 3, followed afterwards by a nice few relaxing days in Alnwick; just a pity about the weather - the Farne Islands boat-trip didn't quite have the same effect in heavy fog, although it was very atmospheric seeing islands looming out of the fog.

I'm also a Pratchett fan, and have signed copies of both The Colour of Magic (I was one of the few people who didn't just grab the latest book off the shelf for him to sign) and the Discworld Compendium, from when saw him in Liverpool in 1996/7 - he even offered me a piece of a cake that the shop had made up (or bought in) for him!
