Re: C4CW Target 07 Beta Test (Issues Thread)

Are these limited to one per machine?

Added later: I'm getting one per core now. :)

Re: C4CW Target 07 Beta Test (Issues Thread)

No problems encountered so far with 2 WUs:

BETA_c4cw_target07_000015073
BETA_c4cw_target07_000014544

Intel Quad 64 Q9400@2.66Ghz w/8GB; Win7 Home Prem
NVIDIA GTX580 running concurrently

At 1hr elapsed, 35% & 38% complete respectively.

Barring problems exiting, these WUs appear to be ready for PrimeTime cool

Re: C4CW Target 07 Beta Test (Issues Thread)

Just noticed a total of 6 of them, over 6 different hosts (2xWin7, 1xXP,1xServer2003 and 2 Macs). Two of them are running now (no remote access to the others currently), seem to progress nicely, with about 2h of estimated run time... cool

Re: C4CW Target 07 Beta Test (Issues Thread)

What app_info mods do I need to run this?

Good point. Well, that answers why none of my GPU-crunching (using app_info) machines have pulled in any betas.

One other observation: I accidentally suspended a beta resend that was running in high priority mode. As son aas restarted it, it continued as expected but is no longer shownas running in high priority.
I have never done this before so I don't know if this is standard behaviour or not.

Or perhaps an app_config* mod?

Notes:
*Given WCG's direction of de-emphasizing use of app_info for client-work-scheduling customization.
