So you can add the app info for all the other projects to get them to run as normal? Any takers? Not sure what you mean to run as normal but not all projects can do this.

Running 8 HCC-GPU on 1 machine on how many cards? The OP suggests just one 7970 which would be impressive... getting 8 for 1. How many cores did you reserve? Just in plain English for the Guinness book of WCG crunching records. 8 would be very inefficient if it would even work. As a rule of thumb you can't run more tasks than whatever it takes to get your GPU load to 95% +/- 1 or 2%.

I do not quite understand. for the moment. I moved the app info file. how to continue download gpu calculation with app info My bad. I forgot to warn you that if you use the app_info to run GPU tasks you will not be able to CPU tasks on that machine. I've edited my app_info file post. Is there no way around this?  |

Not that I know of to run WCG CPU tasks. There are some other worthy non WCG projects that could use your extra cores. Look at SIMAP and docking@home. I've run them both.
