7970 one which is used at 70%, how do feel free to use 100%?

Don't think you can control that. Have you tried maxing out your settings in CCC? Am asuming if it did do 100%, viewing anything on your monitor would be near impossible. Have noticed if I crank up my 6950 in CCC, my processing power drops a little %.

yes!!, how?

There is a way to do this but you need to know how to get to the boinc project folders that are hidden by default. Do you know how to get there?
