I´m not a specialist eiter, but have you tried incresing the bckl, (133) instead of the multiplier (27)?

have you tried incresing the bckl, (133) instead of the multiplier (27)? Thanks , I will give that a try.  But I have a feeling I need to bump a voltage setting slightly, just don't know which one and how much. It was so easy with my old UD7 board but this board , not so much...  |

As I said earlier, I´m no specialist, but on my 3 i7 970 (2 x EVGA X58 Micro, and 1 EVGA X58 LE)all I did was increasing the bckl to 148 with the multi of 25. Was an easy oc to 3.7 Ghz.
I had been using the CorsairXMS 3 RAM though. Never had much luck with the Dominators, though its basicly the same RAM Nowadyas I´m just running them stock  |

I was so used to my old board , all I ever did was bump the multi and I could run 3.8 no problem. Oh well I'll figure it out eventually. Wow, AB (yup our AB) just "wasted" a thread over on the EVGA folding forum because I told him his ridiculous response (as a mod) was not even close to 'on topic' to what my thread was about. His post was 1st response. WOW. No PM, No EMail.... Just Poof and like it never happenned. I'm Quitting my support for the CC. That was snivelling and very Low. That's one sick little neighborhood. Tell me little Hitler isn't a Mod here ;)

Well, apparently Afterburner and the Mods have me on "censure" again. lol. What a twit. Can we vote him out as captain? lol. Self righteous bunch our folding bretheren. Don't pee off the "groupies".
