If you think we're funny now, Afterburner,
- then wait till you see us dance to that song, because no way can Viper97 say no - and no way can I get my tail to obey to that rhythm, so I'll step on his toes - but we'll do our best, Captain ![]() |

thanks!
it wasn´t that steady though. More like the first 8kg in the first 6 weeks, then bouncing around the 100kg mark for 2 1/2 months months, and then another 7kg since mid February. Still gotta loose 2 more till I reach my target of 90 kg. Everything else I consider just the icing on the cake. Then its on to maintainig that weight |

It's very well done - even if it came off in bursts
- the last two ones will be a breeze - and no icing and no cake (yes, I know the expression) Do you do it by choosing specific foods or extra exercise? |

Well, I had put on all that excess weight over almost 15 years, so it didn´t take much change in the beginning. All it took was the will to get started and stick to it
I started out with some excercising and cutting back the sweets and sodas. Then later on I started to tweak my daily diet a little bit more. Adding more and more of the healthy stuff (salad, fish) into my plan, and reducing the unhealthy stuff (fries, pasta...) |

It's very well done
- and I bet you feel much better today than six months ago - and it must give a special satisfaction to buy clothes of a smaller size I'm working on 6 excess kilos one of which is gone |
