In the FWIW department, we have past 282 million points on the year. At our present pace of nearly 1.1 million points per day, we will pass the 300 million mark around the weekend after Thanksgiving (here in the US). That's the weekend of the 26th. End of year outlook is somewhere between 335 and 340 million. If the year had another 3-4 weeks, we'd make 365 million. Not a bad follow on to a 190 million point year!

Good Morning MOT Congratulations Judson, xroule and Jonathon Wright!!! It would have been really neat to get 365 million but we must have been a bunch under a million a day at the start of 2011. I guess football trumps everything else. I suspect the same sort of thing would have happened at any major University that makes so much of its income from football. Grim, so grim and yet the students have protested the firing of the coach. This is yet another example of the fact that the older I get, the less I seem to understand about our theoretically shared values. I want to say Thank You to all those that serve and have served in the armed forces of this great nation. THANK YOU Everyone have a great day anyway. ![]() ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by RT at Nov 11, 2011 7:16:25 PM] |

Well, it is 11/11/11! How often does such a combination come up? Once in a century?
darth_vader, I am almost ready to pass you... Happy crunching to everyone. I am about ready to get to 2 years for DSFL and then I will return to HCC until it completes. I have gotten 5 Beta Testing WUs yesterday, and I am now back to DSFL full time. |

In 1969 I took an oath to defend and protect the U S Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and Domestic. There was no expiration date.

So...12 times each century
---------------------------------------- Of course there is also 6-6-66 and 7-7-77 so if you count those, it would be 9 more so 21. Everyone have a great evening. ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by RT at Nov 11, 2011 11:44:42 PM] |

Good Morning MOT Another Million+ points day. I ususally comment on what is on my mind here. But "Net Neutrality" and Obamacare are it this morning. I don't have anything nice to say about either one so I will, for once, not share what I am really thinking. Everyone have a great day. I have a busy day ahead and need to get started. One of your friends in Texas. |

darth_vader, I am almost ready to pass you.... ... and you'll get my congratulations when you do. DSL problems have hurt my points over the last two days, so you'll pass me a little sooner than you would have otherwise. Thanks for your contribution to the team. - D |
