I've flushed the caches to reset the c4cw.target04.water-filled-filtered file. It looks like the download error rate for the issue is dropping fast.
For those of you who put in the workaround, can you remove it and try re-downloading the file? thanks, Kevin |

Thanks Kevin
Looks very good from my end, all three computers have downloaded the file on the first attempt. Rob |

Downloading the file works now without error and without the workaround.
Thanks for the quick resolution. Zefrom |

Can you do something unusual for me? I want you to change the DNS for the download server on your computer from our cloud caching server to our 'origin' download servers. This will let us bypass the caching servers and go straight to the main servers. Here is what you need to do: Open the file at: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts At the end of the file on its own line, add: 198.20.8.241 download.worldcommunitygrid.org Then save the file (you will need administrator rights to make this change). This will change the IP address that is used on the system to resolve the download so that it goes to our primary servers. Once you do that, please recreate the issue with all logging flags enabled. I am assuming you are using the same server that you tried before. The instructions are different for other OS's. thanks for trying this. I am pleased to find this post. HPF2 files kept blocking up the download queue on one of my machines. Implementing this change sorted out the problem! ![]()
