Just spotted the arrival of the first Beta for a long time - obviously a new configuration for FAAH - I'm delighted to see a new source of Beta time appear again!! Uplinger - any idea of the size of the beta trial this time - another small batch or a decent number of WU's so that everyone gets a few??

There are 3,400 workunits for this beta test. However, we are going to be testing each of our research projects through a series of beta tests over the next couple of days. There is NO change to the research applications at this time.

We are adding another 15,000 workunits to the FAAH test. We want to add a bit more load to the system.

Now, if only I was only ~300 miles nearer my computer, I might be able to grab more than the 1 which appears to have, fortunately, been picked up by my machine...

We are adding another 15,000 workunits to the FAAH test. We want to add a bit more load to the system. Will they be limited to 1 per core? My 2 i7s got 8 each. No I've got some on Ubuntu. Just wondered cuz none of my Linux crunchers got any. Now, if only I was only ~300 miles nearer my computer, I might be able to grab more than the 1 which appears to have, fortunately, been picked up by my machine... TeamViewer on a usb drive and a notebook/laptop or any available computer are your friends.

So far I've got them on windows 2000, xp, 7, and ubuntu. Way more CPU types than I want to list. This should be a good test and I might even hit gold.
